This questions is a multi answer kinda question. When it comes to working out there are many variations of working out. But we always recommend interval training at least Monday through Friday. Here is what may be a new discovery for a lot of us... well every morning most of us wake up hungry... mid day we are hungry.... evening we are hungry.... what should we do?? eat more? The best way to really understand what we should do is if we are properly hydrated. I suggest to always be drinking water. Or try this; drink two cups of water before you decide what to eat. It will really help your body determine if you are hungry or dehydrated. Comment below what you think!
